Thirty days. If a Pupproper bottle doesn’t earn its place on your shelf, send it back — full or half-empty — and we’ll refund the order. No questions, no restocking fee, no form that asks you to rank your disappointment.
We’d rather you use the thing first. A coat refresher proves itself between baths; a stain remedy proves itself after the accident. If after a fair trial either bottle hasn’t, the policy above applies in full.
Write to hello@pupproper.com with your order number and the word “return” somewhere in the subject line. We’ll send a prepaid label. Refunds land on the original payment method once the bottle is on its way back — we don’t wait for it to arrive.
